Have a STSe with about 30 phones. Auto Atten not picking up. Everything was working fine a few days ago. I have replaced the battery, checked all the settings in FL 40 and 50, checked the amp cables and all connections, pulled out all the cards and reset, and reprogrammed, master reset defaulted the ksu twice. Any ideas?

What Voicemail ? You check the Voicemail and can you access it by dialing any of the VM ports?

You did not indicate that you had initialized
the Inskin voicemail.

If your preset is set up proper, and pointed to the right HG then Initialize the VM. Correct?

I would try a spare VM card first.

Preset is going to 440. I did not want to initialized the VM because of so much set up but I might have to.

I hope someone didn't change the mode from day to night. This is a ringing option problem.

Just a thought. Why are you using 440 as a preset. I never use 440 except for the station itself. If incoming ringing is involved I always use 450. 450 is for hunt groups & 440 is for voice mail groups. All stations are in vm group 440.

Not trying to upset the cart. I have never used a flash vm. Cheaper but not as good.
