Have a customer with a XTS. They have a PRI with DIDs. When a call comes in and no answer, the AA gives the caller a choice of: "Enter the mailbox # or press 0 for the directory", instaed of going to the voicemail. How can I set it to RNA to Mailbox.

Your forward to co line integration might be turned off in flash 67 programming. (Button one should be enabled) If that doesn't fix the problem check your preset forwarding for all did routes, but I bet dollars to doughnuts that the problem is flash 67.

Hello all...I hope this is where I am suppose to post a question!
I have a customer with an XTS-IP. I am not familiar with programming the system. A friend of mine was maintaining it for my customer but has passed away recently. I am trying to assign a phone number to an extension. Can anyone give me some direction. Will appreciate it greatly! Thanks in advance...

rebelranch - It's best to start a new post. But the quick answer is if you have the manual look at the Flash codes for both DID Programming and ICLID programming. Providing more information beyond that is actually outside of the scope of this forum.
