Hey guys! Sorry if this is a repeat question. I looked through the forum and searched on various terms and did not see an answer to my challenge.
We recently (we are users) added a few new lines and a few new phones to our system. Since adding the incoming lines, everything seems to work fine, but the phones don't ring. You can "see" the incoming calls on the added phones, but there's no sound.
These are the phones:
Vodavi Communications 24 button Digital Part # 3515-71 Iss :1 Rev 1.3 Serial # SBH327733 Starplus STS
I'm guessing it's a simply fix, but for the life of me have been unable to figure it out. Thanks!

This is an admin function...you program ringing in the flash 40 (co line) table.

So, since I'm not terribly familiar with admin functions, is this "Flash 40" done on the phone itself? Or when you say admin, does it mean it's done through the main console for the system?

What Derrick meant is that you need to have the system's programming manual, the programming password and to have a general command of the system's programming procedures. Once you get the manual (check the tabs at the top of this page for manual resources), you'll be fine.

Once you get the manual... you'll be fine. Easy for you to say!
