I'm trying to figure out the ADIX system programming and am having difficulty figuring out how it routes calls. I see how calls are routed to extensions, but I can figure out how our main line rings on extension A and B sumultaneously for three rings and then rings extensions C and D. Am I also correct in thinking that the night service button can only be programmed onto the attendant console? Is there a feature code for night service? I sure wish Iwastu would make their programming documents available like other vendors.....
Thanks!

You are correct in assuming that night keys are only programmable on attendant stations. The calls can ring directly to stations and then overflow to voice mail. An easy way to do this is in class 11. You can also create a hunt group (UCD) and then have it overflow to voice mail. Then just put the stations you want to ring in that hunt group. Good Luck
