Can anyone tell me how to change the music for music on hold that plays from an Expressions Compact? The system is set up to use the Expressions Compact to play music, I would just like to change the music that is being played.

You will have to find the port used for MOH on the program tool and then record the music in to that mailbox.
This can be inputted with the tool as well

the manager e or c you should be able to get the manager c tool from your vendor or from siemens.
try going through the system phone book and see if you can find the extension for moh, and dial in to vm and try to access the mailbox
