Having problem with bridge to Getner TS 612 system at a radio station. The cable phone mta rings on the phone, call put on hold but DJ pick s up onhold call and gets dial tone. Tested to make sure lines were working and caller was not hanging up. Have been told that the voltage from the MTA is too high? Voltage is 48. Any suggestions?

Every Getner issue I ever had at a radio station was the hertz rate of the dialtone. Seem to remember they would only work with 400Hz dialtone and Comdial and several other manufacturers had special tone chips to accomplish this.
