I am wondering if anyone has a user guide or manual for an Amanda phone system that includes the instructions for the system greeting and menus.
Someone was kind enough earlier today to send me an Amanda @ SOHO User Guide, but it only includes individual mailbox instructions. I cannot find our instructions for our system information including the system greeting and how to change the employee directory of names and extensions, etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated!! I haven't been able to find one on-line.
