The old TransTel analog system was a SK824 and I am very familiar with it. I still have several of these in operation and a few parts in stock let me know if I can help.

The SK824 uses a proprietary key phone or a standard slt device just like the old Panasonic KX-T systems. If it has all 24 ports then small motels like the system as it has wake up call and other lodging features.

how old is the system and can you get parts for it and does it have caller id on it

Its been discontinued for a few years. I have been able to get parts and still have some in stock. There was an external CID unit but no the system does not have CID. Moved to TransTel
