I'm working with a Dukane Starcall 7A1110 administrative telephone at one of our schools and every time it is hung up, it rings repeatedly until it is unplugged.
The school has just switched all of the phones over to a Toshiba system, but the intercom is still run through this administrative phone and Starcall system. It was during the Toshiba installation that the Dukane phone started to act up.
I'm guessing it has something to do with the phone line no longer being attached to the system, but I'm not sure if there's a way to bypass/ignore this or not.
Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure on this one but several Dukane intercoms do the call annunciation by an open line. You may need to add a resistor across any stations ports that are not being used or a line was broken during the Toshiba installation.
