I have a problem with remote access. Out key was damaged and our vendor is quoting over $7,000 to get a new one. Any ideas where to get this key any cheaper?

I'm assuming that you are talking about the security key that goes on your IO port. My company just be came an authorized NEC 2400 dealer (beleive me that isn't as easy as it may sound) and I can research that for you and let you know. We are located in San Diego, but we cover all of the Southwestern US. Please call 858-427-2400 x440. That will get you to customer service, they will take your info & have an sales engineer call you. I should also metion That we have been associated w/NEC for 4 years as an authorized dealer on their other products. NEAX 1000IVS, 2000 IVS, 2000 IVS2, Electra Elite & Voice Mail products.

This is actually for a site in NewYork, can your company still do it?
Do you need this security key, or could you use a Crytical Eye for this?

Sorry it took me so long to respond, I was on a short Holiday. New York would likely put it out of our range, but a sales engineer would decide that. A new security key would be issued.
