Just thought you all would like to know that around next summer (hopefully) NEC will release a new version the the popular DS system called the DSX. New phones and hardware which will enable IP technology. You will still be able to use the DS phones that are in production today.
From what was told to me, the KSU and PCB's may not change except for the addition of a Gateway PCB which will be needed to enable the IP access.
