It seems like I'm doing a lot of PRI's with DID lately...
...anyway, my question is regarding a NEC Elite 2-Cabinet. We are upgrading the software so it will support the DID's on PRI. I am what you could call an experienced novice (I know a little bit more than enough to be dangerous) when it comes to the Pro2 and Elite. I do ok, but am nervous about adding this PRI onto this system. I am experienced on doing PRI w/ DID on other makes of systems, just not this one. Anyway, my question is whether or not it would be worth it, and make my programming life easier, if I got ahold of the GUI programming tool for the Elite. I'm a pretty visual kind of person, so seeing it in front of me on screen is usually easier than doing bit by bit from the phone, at least until I know what I'm doing. Any comments?

for me the sat software is more of a hassle.
but if you're touchy/feely then by all means use it. you can almost do anything with it than you could do thru the phones
