Does anyone know how to disable DSS Keys on NEC22 button phone / DS2000 Ver. 3.21.00?

The DSS key "feature" is automatically enabled but prohibits use of the standard programed function keys in ICM mode.

This function came in with Ver. 3.21.00

Wrong, DSS keys are not enabled by default! You must have turned on BLF by accident. Program 1802 - (Busy Lamp Field) Enter N to disable DSS capability for an extension’s programmable keys. Also you can leave it enabled but you must use it differantly. I never use this feature because its to hard for the end user. But really think of it as 2 layer buttons.

I do remember the BLF field, thanks for cueing me in. Yet another vague option.
