Hi, we have an NEC NEAX 2000 that uses tapit to do the reports, my extension existed in the system without a fist and last name. I changed a username from two blanks to my first and last name. Everything works fine exept when I try to run a report before that date and it changes the first user in the list (his name is Bryan w/ extension 118) to my name (Artie) and it shows me on that extension, anyone have anything happen like this or figured out a resolution?
