I know nothing about any nec systems. Two customers want me to take over service on 2 nec 408 infosets. Are these quality systems or junk.

u can dl the manual from www.wedophones.com there is no such thing a a crappy NEC system...

I bought a infoset 408 off ebay for parts and to experiment with. It has a VMS {2} B10 voice mail card in it with an unknown password. Can it be rest to the factory defaults or do I need to junk it.

Are there any companies other than nec that repair these voice mail units. The default passwords have apparently been changed.
