We are using MatWorks 2.5.34 on an NEC IVS 2000 PBX. When I try to run the backup from the Matworx software I get the message
"Opertation valid only when the port is open [8018]"

We are using a modem line to connect in to the PBX. We have never had a backup of the system.

What port are you using 0/1 CPU CP00 or CP03?
