I have been having problems with my phone system recently, sometimes calls will get lost in the queue and sit on hold for hours, this will also happen when a call is transfered to someone who is on the phone already. You also can not accept a new call until the previous transfer has been completed.
The system in question is a 'Electra Elite 192' any advice would be greatly appreciated.

in queue meaning you have acd?!
is it the electrastat acd or acd+?
