System Messages??
Could you be referring to the prompts,like
"New Messages, Saved Messages etc. or are you needing the box numbers for the main greeting. The main greeting is 001.
If it is the prompts I dont believe you can change them in the Intramail.

Thanks T&R - the main greeting was what I was looking for. I didn't have my manual with me but I finally figured it out.
