I have the NEC Electra Elite 48 system and NEC DTU-8D-2 phones. I have no manuals. I need the manual for the NEC DTU-8D-2 phone. I want to redirect the operator extension 180 to another extension- 532. It currently rings at mine- 244. Does anyone have a manual or the answer to how to do this? Also I need to know how to forward extension 236 to 532 but if the person at 532 doesn't answer, have the VM of 236 pick up. And then how do you turn this off? Help!

i can send you a copy of the user guide. BUT that won't help you with what you need to do.

the various forwarding options are also in the user guide as well.

what's your email and i can send you the user guide?!

Thank you for the manuals. I have the same question as Angie though and the manuals don't seem to cover it. Our phone line rings in on several telephones. How do I turn the ring function off on an extension?

HELP! I have the NEC Elite 48 system. I was wondering if anyone knew if I could forward calls from an extension to a cell phone. For example: If an employee was leaving for the day and wanted to receive calls on their cell, is there something I could enter into the phone to call forward?
