Can someone email me the com port settings and password for co session to get into an IPKII Elitemail VMP. And what the 4 dip switches need to be set to. I`m using version 6.72

If your really an authorized NEC dealer that info should be available from a number of resources.

I have a hard time believing you are an NEC dealer, especially since the IPKII manuals are all on CD now. But if you truly are and still need help, email me and I'll help.

I got all that figured out. Beleive it or not there are no manuals(even tech support said so) for installing a Elitemail VPM into an IPKII. Also you can not find a manual on basic setup on the cosession on this voicemail.

I`m not here to defend my title. This is a forum for the outside world to come in to find out info on installing and trouble shooting phones or such. When i first came to the forums it was cool and ppl helped, but now it seems like everyone is being hard asses. Come on guys if this forum has a reputation it is that it helps ppl out in figuring out problems.

on the vmp all the dip switches should be to the left open up cossesions: click on your phone book make sure your settings are com 1 \ 57600 \ 8 make sure your modem says direct connect and make sure you are using a null modem you should have no problem connnection most of this stuff is default.
