I haven't been able to find a headset for my phone. The line going into the phone has 4 wires in it and the headsets I have found locally all have either 2 or 6 lines going in. My neck is killing me - help.

The ETW series phones have to have an ADA adapter installed into the bottom of the phone and a headset button programmed onto the phone.
Check with a local NEC dealer to purchase the ADA and have the programming done.
