Great list. Just an update though. Bizfon automatically resets to daylight savings without having to do the listed programming if you set the time correctly on initial programming.

So does the Partner ACS but you never know when you will need that kind of info.

dtmf is right many systems are automatic, but to a point. With some Comdial products it's a choice to turn on that feature and it may not be on for someone who needs it. And the ESI uses the time from caller ID but that doesn't help if you don't have caller ID. Anyway that is a great list. I copied all of the info for all systems, at this time of year we get calls from non-customers. If I can help a first-time caller I may end up with a new customer.
