I have a voicemail I cannot talk to the MB light is red Help??

Do you know what kind of voicemail card it is & what system does it reside in?
You could try rebooting the card by sliding the MB switch down for about 15 minutes, then slide it back up, wait 15 more minutes & see if you get a green LED on the card. The reason I want you to wait for 15 minutes is because if this is an Elitemail LX, CTI or CTP, it takes that long to shut down & boot up.
If this does'nt bring the voicemail back on line you should call your local NEC dealer for further assistance.
