I need to add extensions for three new phones. I know their assigned numbers ie. 15,16,17 but want to be able to say "for so and so dial 1 or 2 or 3 etc"

Wish it was that easy. I can use chbx to create mailbox for 15,16,17 but can't figure out how to assign 15 extension 4. Currently 13is ext 1,14 is ext 3 and 12 is ext2?

You have to go to Routing MB and make digit 4-15. You will see all other numbers there from 1 to 9.

You will need to log onto the Elitemail w/ cossessions to change the one-key dialing options in the Opening Box.
That was assuming it is an Elitemail...what kind of voicemail is it?
