Why would the BCLR LED on a FMS card BLINK green...
VM working...cannot get in Admin (SS) but other than that it working fine...Any Ideas?

Are you trying to get into admin w/ cosessions or through a manager mailbox?

I ask because if dip switch 3 is flipped on the front of the card it puts the system in 'modem' mode and will not allow you access through the serial port. You would have to put dip switch 3 back and re-boot the vm.

As far as a blinking green BCLR, never seen that one.

I did check that (switch setting) and they are all set correctly. Still couldn't get into admin.But the blinking LED is still the puzzler.

I assume that you have rebooted the mail?? First thing i tell the techs here when they have an issue..

I have saw the BCLR light blink when the voicemail board finds an error, Normally if you log in with cosessions the error will be displayed on the banner screen, since you can not get in most likely cosessions running on the FMS board created the error. I would reboot the board and see if you can log in. If not shut the board down change the dip switches on the board to stop the host application and hopefully you will be able to connect. Anyway once you get in repair all dbase errors, defrag, if you continue to have issues after this I would restore the default system files. If you need to know the dip switch repost, I don't have a manual with me right now.
