Hello, does anyone know how to transfer a caller off site to a cell phone or voicemail system? The system is a NEC Electra Elite. The phone has a Transfer Key, but only works to transfer to internal extensions. Our Carrier has provided the lines with Call Transfer capability, but since the system does not have a Flash Key, we are unable to get an outside line that will allow us to transfer to cell phones. Is this a programmable feature on this phone? Thanks.

Not sure what sort of software level you have there, but down here on the original Elites to xfer to an external number.
Pres "Transfer", Dial the external number, When you hear ring back tone press "Feature" then "Transfer" to complete the call..

The "recall" key is a flash key.
With the call in progress press [recall], you should hear stutter dialtone from the carrier, dial the cell number, when the party answers you can hang up.
