I have one extension with a DID number that does not report its extension to caller ID when calling out. It does have the office portion 480-483 but not the remaining digits. It appears to be set up identical to the other extensions in table 00 in 1213 but something else must be blocking that. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Erv in command 1212 it should have the last 4 digits for example 1212>ext. #.last 4 digits of DID number. I hope this helps Brad
