Hello,
I got a new PC to use with my 2000 IPS.It is a P4 with windows xp sp2. I am using matworx V11 to program the pbx. Whenever I ran the matworx, it gives me a message saying could NOT locate the pbx.
I tested the cable, the PC COM-port and found them OK.
Can any help to solve out this issue.

If you go to your old laptop and find the PBXProfile.mdb file and copy it to the appropriate location on your new machine, replacing the one that is there now (rename that to PBXProfileold.mdb) You will have all the entries you had on your old machine without having to re-enter them. You will need to use the same com port as on your old machine though (unless you open the file with Access and edit the comport number).
