Can someone please help me out? I had to reset several voicemail boxes (in system manager mode) b/c we got new employees. In trying to set up their new v-mail boxes it is asking for them to enter a security code to access the box...however when in system manager it states that that extension does not have a security code, and won't let me reset the code at all. HELP! How do I set the security codes for the voicemail on these extensions??? I'm so confused?!?

and I cannot access these boxes at all since it is requesting me to enter the "non-existant" code...so I can't get to the voicemails if anyone leaves them...

I'm also having this issue where it's asking me to enter the security code after I've created a 'new' voicemail box. Can I get a PM with the solution?

There is a default security code setup on all new mailboxes, depending upon the type of voicemail you have. What type of NEC voicemail are you running?

The booklet that I have is entitled "Electra Elite" VMP User Guide, is Elite Mail a 'type' of voicemail? The booklet doesn't provide a default code, if you're familiar with this system I'd appreciate any help.
