I have the same system but diffrent problem. I night mode users incomming calls get routed to diffrent extension. I also do not have manual for Detrem 80. Any Help. topic

Sounds like DIT problem or voicemail is setup wrong. What exactly is happening?

After 5:30 pm our Nec Dterm80 goes to night mode. After 5:30 pm when user recives calls from any outside person his phone does not ring instead a phone of diffrent user who sits 2 cubies starts ringing.

Sorry for this confusion and spelling mistakes i am typing with one hand because my right arm is in a cast and it's fustrating

As BITECH mention your DIT Night point is a wrong port number besides what is the point to have some extension to ring in the Night mode instead of AA?

Maybe they have some staff in after hours. Many of our customers have single digit options that ring during Night mode.

Keighlar I aware of that but he is talking about system going into Night service at 5:30pm which gives me right to belive that it's scheduled in VM automatically.
