I'm trying to program a DSS/One-Touch button on a phone. When I softkey into program and function and touch that button I get a feedback squeal on the phone like maybe it is already programmed as some sort of paging group.

How can I delete this programming for that button so I can go back in and setup the one-touch/dss for that button?

Thanks in advance.
