I have a large 256 port cpu with 3.00 software which I would likke to setup a remote IP Phone
I have the gateway an the IP phone on site but have no documentation on the programming & setup
we tried to upgrade to 6.00 software but were unsuccessful

I would suggest software min version of 6.03 (in fact this is the only version I use)for IP phones. You will need to get someone that is certified to do this.

We now have 7.23 software which we will upgrade to early next week but I need the documentation steps in setting up the IP phone any help would be appreciated

Also we have 2 techs that are certified by NEC but are no longer a dealer since we couldn't make their yearly quota
