Working on an old 2000 and I can't get the BLF keys to work. Programmed 13xx,9x,7x,9xxx,and programmed key from phone (F11xx) reset phone and nothing. I don't have the version of this system but it is early to mid 90's era. Any thoughts.

If memory serves me correctly, the line key number had to be reflected in the last 2 digits of F11XX, ie: button 12 had to be F1112. Not sure if that'll help, but maybe that's it.

Sorry scott but that is incorrect the last two digits simply pointed to the memory location in your allocation. Mind you I have had a situation where the keys were assigned higher than the user was assigned memories.

Now it depends on what you are really trying to achieve. BLF feature is provided simply by placing the extension number on the key. However if you are trying to set up the DSS feature then see here for a definitive FAQ which should apply to the IVS, IVS2 & IPS.......

Also worthy of note is that some early Dterms (I forget which range) were supplied without LEDs to keep costs down the idea was they were purely for speed dialling. So you may need to check that!

Thanks for the info I am trying to get the DSS feature to work. I'm going to verify the software version looks like 1800 series or better.
