IPK II with 8 Dect phones installed. One phone has died. When I try to delete phone using 91-07-01 it says "invalid data". The bad phone has been taken offsite so I tried to delete ALL phones (Enter 0). Same results. Existing phones work just fine. Reset system...no change...Am I missing something?

Looks the normal way . Are you entering the port number or the wireless station number?? Should be the port number..

Entering the port number...in this case 85-92. I have entered 85,085,850, etc...same answer. Problem I have is why won't "0" to delete all work?

One fix...I sent the bad phone to NEC to repair and it came back and BOOM it worked on the system that it was still registered on...but I am still unable to get the other phone off...could this be a bad card?
