Has anyone been succ [LIST] essful installing a UM4730 with 2000 IPS using IP ports? Tested IP ports fine. Can't seem to get the UM4730 to come online. Active voice says all vm ports have to be programmed before the um4730 will start running. Did this and it still will not come online. any thoughts?

Make sure your Prime line is set in cm93 & a button is programmed for the Prime line in cm9000. Hope this helps.

So does the um4730 work on the 2000. Per NTAC at NEC they havent had any done yet

The um4730 is trying to log onto our first voicemail port but gives error of unauthorized ID. we don't have any passowrd or mac address.

Yes all ports tested with IP phone.

fixed the problem by changing command 08515 to a "0".works great
