The system was set up by someone else, I need to change the message "press 1 for, press 2 for, etc" I know the message is connected to a CCR tree, but how do I change the message

The most confusing thing is you will need to disable the current CCR tree under AA then table. Then under CCR, modify, save, then go back and re-enable under AA. Path 0 is the main gretting and options, the other 1-8 paths are what you want the callers to press.

the main greeting has extension call routing capabilities without even using a ccr tree I just found out.The customer wanted people to dial extension numbers and and not get mixed up with single digit menus. I just programmed the greeting in the greeting table with all the info and turned off the ccr tree. Worked fine and its simple which is good.
