Hey there guys, I have a Customer that has an SV8300 (4 Pims) and there are times that the ICM dial tone will stop working. Still has DTMF but No Tranmit or Receive. Have to remove Card and Reseat then Problem Clears. Then Later comes back, anyone see this Before?

I haven't had this problem - but I might suggest that you look at the alarm log with PC Pro. See if it shows an alarm for that blade that corresponds to when you have the problems.
Have you swapped the blade?

What software rev is your 8300? Did you update the revision of your line trunk cards using command E80?
I would recommend updating the system to the latest release and making sure that all cards have the latest firmware after loading the main software update.
