I CURRENTLY HAVE A 12 CHANNEL CIRCUIT AND THE CUSTOMER IS GETTING A FULL 23 CHANNEL CIRCUIT, CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE, IF ANY, IN PC PRO DO I CHANGE THIS. I AM A TOSHIBA TECH WITH LITTLE NEC EXP. I HAVE CONFIRMED WITH BOTH CARRIERS THAT THIS IS THE ONLY SETTING CHANGE.

If you were installing this from scratch there would be a few more things to do (card dip switches, DID setup, ISDN settings etc...), but since this is already up and running it should be a breeze....

Programs to check/change

10-39-01 fractional support (uncheck this for full PRI if it's checked)

10-03-21 if fractional support was checked, then set this to "auto"

14-05- add your new channels to the trunk group and set outgoing priority

22-02 set your new trunk types to match the current trunk type (most likely DID )

that should be it.....

You may have to reset the PRI card after making the changes... This system is extremely similar to the Toshiba CTX/CIX you should have no trouble.

I would use Webpro instead of PCPro to do this. Just connect and do a backup with PcPro before making any changes (CYA) and then disconnect. Then use Webpro for everything else
