Thanks for help in the past. I assisted a friend on programming the IPK and actually learned a lot (coming from background with Nortel, Vodavi, Lucent...). Now the customer I am helping out with has decided they DO want to use the AA. No problem. I have it programmed and ready to go. What I can't find is how to set the main AA msg to say for xyz press 1, abc press 2, etc. When a caller does press 1 I want to send it to an INFO ONLY box.
I can not find how to design the AA/VM tree to accomplish this.
ANy assistance appreciated.

You'll need Software Called (Co-Sessions) in order to Program the Voice mail and One Digit Dialing. You Connect to the VM with This Software.Via the DB9 Connecter on the VM Card.

I thought so from my readings: One last question -- Can I assign guest mailboxes with two digit extensions, or station ext's with no sets physically attached and use those mail boxes as their info boxes, i.e., For information on tonights menu press 22, for entertainment press 23, etc.
I will read on the guest boxes and see if they are covered in the manual.
I'm gonna have this system down pretty soon.

Instead of using "guest mailboxes" I would just create a group of mailboxes for your users with no physical phones and set the transfer type to = NO.
Then the mailbox will just answer without trying to xfer to a phone.
You can do this easily with co-sessions, and not so easily via the mailbox admin.
