I need to know what methods there are for accessing my IPK phone system off site for programming. Currently, I can only program using a key telephone onsite but I seriously need a way to do programming offsite since I am based out of TN and the phone system is in AL. I know there is a MIFM-U10 ETU modem kit installed and I have the DID# for accessing it. I don't know if this only works for Voice Mail only or if it possible to do system programming through this as well. Please let me know what options I have. Thanks.

Should be able to connect remotely to the MIFM using SAT software.

The MIF-M must be slotted in slot 1 or 2 of the base cabinet. This will not work to program the voicemail, you will need to be transferred or DID to its modem extension. For some reason, I think you want to have MB 7-3-04 tagged for MIF=00, even if you are not using that feautre. Hope this helps.
