Good day, I have a nec xn120 aspire pbx system and want to enable it for voip. I have the main voip card as well as the daughter card allowing 8 voip lines. From what i understand the cards will enable themselves and then i need to do some additional setting. Now if i was to use Skype or any other voip provider, how do, or what do i need to add to the system? Do i need a gateway or seperate server with software or do i configure the system with the providers setting and where would this be done? Many thanks

I think you can forget Skype. As for the others. Well I think the UK and some parts of Europe were the only places where this system was upgraded to VOIP. Down here we stopped selling them (The Topaz) at R3.01 last year. They were replaced by the SV8100SE system. Maybe someone in the UK can answer this..
