Hello.I have a customer with a 2 port 4hr,anyway 1 user vm box is filling up after 2 or 3 msgs???and another wont accept messages.Never encountered this before?Small system 6 users nothing elaborate.Any help would be great.

I had the same thing happen on an IPKII Inmail. I reset the pbx and the compact flash mail died. Be prepared for the worse. D

Yep same here. It seems to create a folder with about a terabyte of information even though they are smaller sized cards and it eventually crashes. You can try connecting with the inmail utility and search the card for suspect folders and try and delete them, or just rma it with NEC.

What system is the Intra Mail in?
If its a DS1000 or DSX40 by default the first 8 stations are assign mailboxes, If its a DS2000 or DSX 80 or 160 the first 16 ports are assign mailboxes. If you have not undefined mailboxes for station ports not used check them for messages.
Something easy to check before going the worst scenario route.
