I have an IPK II with an Inmail that the audio has quit playing. When accessing vm it shows all visual softkeys and even acts as if playing messages but no audio comes out. In conjunction the MOH stopped playing audio also. I have swapped DSP card and VM but to no avail. ANy ideas?

Wow, thats a new one. Have you tried resetting the entire system? It may be an issue with the CPU card or the KSU itself.

Power reset cleared problem first time but second time it occured (a few days later) reset didnt help. Trying CPU today. Possible corruption in db?
