Hello,
One of our extensions has stopped ringing when an outside line is calling during night mode. Is there an easy way to re enable this feature on this extension?

Try changing out the phone, if the problem is still there, you may need a tech to look at that for you.

Also, while that line is ringing, with that light flashing on that phone, repeatedly push the "up" part of the football-shaped key.
