I have tried to setup InMail SMTP/POP3 for voicemail to email notification on 47-18 and 47-19 but failure.
The system is running with firmware v2.21 with IPLA card but no ME50... I have tried to upgrade firmware to v4.00 but it is still not work!
Is there anybody can help or share any comment?

Pretty sure you have to have the mem card to do this FYI and will require re-flashing the system software to activate the mem card.

You also need as well as the ME50 the SMTP license..

You must have the ME 50 and licence 1013 and 1014 ( 1 per user) for In-mail to deliver to SMTP or POP3.

You sure Lic SYS VM8000/Email is one per user?? Down here it's per system..

1013 is the licence for system and 1014 is the licence per user.

Here you need the ME50 for the voicemail to email facility and off course the VM user license per VM box.

I also have heard in your part of the world you can take the system to 120 ports just by adding a ME50 card. Is this correct??

this is correct.
Also with an ME50 you can use all the extension index for dt700.
