Could some-one point me to where I can set a users mailbox to announce only (not giving the caller the option of recording a message)? John
Have you tried turning it off and on again!!!

How is the caller routed to the mailbox, 1 digit dialing or dialing the extension number? If 1 digit dialing send the calls to an announcement mailbox. If callers are dialing the extension number you might be able to set the number of messages allowed to 0 in station mailbox settings.

I don't think it's possible to make a normal MB in PRG 47.02 an announce only. 47.02.03 message count set to 0 will give all caller a prompt that the mailbox is full. The only way is to make them GP mailboxes set as Announce boxes in 47.13 but you only have 32 of those. Maybe better to go with a UM8000 voicemail and give them all Tboxes..
