I hope this is within the scope of this board. I am totally out of my element here...
We are using DT700 terminals and an SV8300 here in my office. I had to set up a new user on one of the terminals. I was able to get everything set up properly using the SV8300 PCPro and NEC UC for Business Administrator software, except... the display name on the terminal. When the new user calls someone, it still shows an older user's name on the terminal. Our NEC Desktop Console includeds a pop-up feature when a user calls. The pop-up is showing the new user's name. I just can't figure out how to change it on the terminal display! This seems minor, but it's causing some problems for users that don't have the Desktop Console.
I have combed through all of the manuals I can find, and I still can't figure out how change it. There is no one else here at my office that knows anything about our system. The only option I have, is to call our service provider and I've had awful luck with them in the past. I would hate for them to have to send a tech out, when it's probably an easy fix.
If anyone can help it would be GREATLY appreciated. I can do my best to provide any other info I might have left out.

You can change the user name by CM77> 1 for station name.it is in the PCPRO.
