I have an SV8100 with the phones displaying the correct time however the voicemail is an hour off. Guessing its been this way since DST but was just brought to our attention. The manual says no time settings are available. Older software version but haven't had this problem in the past. Thanks.

The UM8000 gets it's time from the CPU time. Restart the mail and see if it syncs up..

Just had similar problem with UM8000, time was right but the lamping and receipt of messages was off by one hour. Had to upgrade from 11.1.1.28 to the latest software version to correct.
