Hi Guys,
We have been seeing more cases of this here as more sites roll out mobile ext with DID to the mobile ext. Usually the user only has a mobile ext . i.e in the real-estate industry.
The problem is for no reason the mobile port locks up and plays busy tone to the caller. The only way to clear this is to reboot the switch or go thru a convoluted method of deleting the mobile ext on 15.22 and then creating it again with PCPro..
This has also happen on a couple of site with CF Both set as well. All sites have ISDN.
We have asked NEC Aust if they have seen it but they say they haven't.
Has anyone in the the NA market come across this problem and if so how have you gotten rid of it.
As a temporary workaround we have put a CF Busy on the MB Ext in 24.09 directly to the mobile fone but this prevents normal MB Ext functionality..

Update to this. All our mobile ext problems have been fixed in software version C5.02. Unfortunately they won't be generally available until R6.00
