Hi all,
Anyone have any experience with this?..i have a customer who's having issues retrieving the correct call recordings. ive identified that the channels have not been mapped correctly but after following the NEC guide on how to map the channels i now do not appear to be getting ANY recordings at all??
Any help/guidance would be very much appreciated.
